Hugo (3) BIO

Hugo is a spirit roughly the size of a human head, pure white with black eyes that appear to face in different directions.
He has no fingers but can still easily use his energy to move and pick things up.

Hugo is a Life spirit, a bit of Spiritus' work.
His purpose is yet undecided, but this isn't unusual of Spiritus.
She sometimes simply likes to have her creations figure out what they want to be for themselves, as this is how it works in life for every individual.
For the time being, Hugo has chosen to stick by a death spirit who goes by Inca.
She is a close friend and motherly figure to him, and he often seeks her attention, not frightened by her deathly aura.

Hugo is innocent, "lamb-like" and pure of heart.
He has no concept of sex, lust, vulgarity or much else.
All he knows is the world is big, and there is much to see and many fun things to play with.

He does have a mouth, but only when he's talking is it visible.
His mouth is grey inside.

Hugo is very generous, loves to share and if he encounters guests in his resident space, he will offer them a seat.

He's generally quiet, doesn't talk too much.
Music is his favorite thing and he loves to dance by swaying and bopping his arms to and from his body, and head bobbing.

Despite his eye appearance, his vision is fine.
Perfect, actually.

Hugo does not mind the dark or the light, an likes to explore at nighttime as well as daytime.
He does, after a few days though, tend to go into a sleep-like state and needs rest.

Because why not. 
I LIKE MY WHITE BAES WITH BLACK DERP EYES AND INNOCENCE, OK!?!?!
And no, i don't associate the name "Hugo" with derpiness, mental deficiency or disabilities.
This is literally the LEAST disabled Hugo i have of all three, and i really just wanted to recycle his name and look again.
Hopefully this is the last Hugo because as a spirit he can go anywhere
