He doesn't do much to others physically maybe, but i think it wise to remember that Pitch isn't scary because he can cut, burn or bleed you; he's scary because that's not the worst he can do, and when he does these things it brings him only satisfaction.
I think the reason Pitch doesn't show how terrifying he can fully be is because people submit to fear so easily.
Imagine the intensity of nightmares or horrid things he would do if people didn't succumb to his influences so early.
I genuinely believe Pitch could show us the worst reaches of his mind if he felt the need to, and it's my personal belief he could make people go mad if he allowed them to see what crawls around in that psychotic head of his.
In my thoughts, Pitch is a very disturbed and somewhat mentally ill being all his own.
Think about it, guys.
I can't help but pity him. ;A;
